I had a friend that was VERY negative about his body. It was always “will this go away? This will go away right? If i got this to go away i would look good, right? I look cute, right?” It got to the point were i limited him to 1 negative thing a day (because i knewwww he could quit the negativity cold turkey!), and anything positive he wanted. The negativity eventually stopped and we all weren’t annoyed! hahaha. I had to lighten it up at the end, sorry!
