Awwwww….you know I adore all 3 of you boys, right? I’ve been kinda up and down on my opinion of Obama recently. Till now the verdict is still out for me i guess, but I’m definitely over the honeymoon i guess. Watching him now carefully and none to pleased about the administration’s support of DOMA. However, just when i’ve decided to be angry at him i turn on the computer when i get home from work today and see that he’s signed something in the Oval office today giving the partner’s of gay/lesbian federal employees loads of benefits….so, i honestly don’t know what to think. Like i said, the verdict is still out, but definitely eyeing him much more suspiciously now.

Hey Tom!
The benefits are miniscule. There is no retirement or insurance. Partners get moving expenses and a diplomatic visa allowing for priority evacuations and such. The day Obama leaves office the benefits end. This is a bone to passify us, but it is to late I think. All of the main glbt political groups are growing balls. Obama is being eaten alive by the catty queens right now. There is talk of closing down the ATM known for giving money to the Dems.
